Founder and Director of The Bemoore Foundation Ali is an accredited psychotherapist and qualified coach – specialising in the science of relationships. Alison has been in private practice for over 8 years and brings a wealth of experience. As the originator of Roaring4Life Ali is passionate about giving young people the best support and tools possible.
She is a mum and step mum to 5 children – she lives in a cottage with her husband and a menagerie of animals – plus a library which has a secret door – life is never dull and neither are her coaching sessions!
Person Centred counsellor and owner of her own practice Through the Looking Glass. Cat is an empathic coach who has many years’ experiences, working with young people both in her practise and through schools. Super approachable and often sporting pink hair Cat is a huge asset to The Foundation.
NLP Coach, ex Deputy Head and founder and owner of Red Bird Tutoring. Sue is all about ensuring young people have the tools they need to succeed. Common sense prevails with Sue along with some good fun in sessions.
Secretary and overall organiser Ann keeps us on track and everything in its place.

At The Foundation we know how important a wide range of support for young people is. Here we high light those organisations whom we know are vital in our community and whom we connect with on a regular basis.
Both co-founders of Red Bird Coaching are involved with The Foundation . Sally is one of our Directors and Sue is one of Coaches. Red Bird and its sister company Blue Squid Learning provide a fabulous alternative to mainstream school education . With a strong focus on coaching and well- being for their students whether it’s through Blue Squid schooling or Red Bird 121 / group top up coaching .
Mainstream education does not suit all and many young people need extra or different support.
No one wants to think the worst will happen but every day a child is being diagnosed with cancer. The Henry Allen Trust supports families going through this crisis time both emotionally and financially. Headed up by their founder Dawn Allen they provide a vital community to these families, and we know their work is second to none.
Dawn has also been a great support for the foundation – helping us navigate the waters of being a non for profit and fund-raising organisation.
